Funding the next phase of discovery.

The next fundraising effort is a modest one.

We are looking to raise approximately $250,000 to design a randomized, multicenter, placebo-controlled trial of dapsone combination therapy and the 16 point MSIDS model for the treatment of chronic Lyme disease as well as evaluating the role of spirochetes like Borrelia burgdorferi (Lyme) in Alzheimer’s disease.

We will be designing the study with the help of a statistician and University researchers (Mt. Sinai, the University of California San Francisco, and possibly the University of Arizona) to prove with gold-standard science, that we have a new, effective treatment model for these two diseases.

Once we raise sufficient funds and the study has been designed and vetted by a large, diverse scientific committee and statistician(s), we will apply for government funding to prove that to prove that we have novel approaches for two diseases that have until now, lacked sufficient answers and caused widespread suffering.
